At the end of December last year, positive articles about Montenegro were published in the prominent American media outlet Insider Travel Report, which has more than 80,000 active subscribers. The published articles are the result of activities by the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro, which hosted journalist Jennifer Lutz from the United States during the period from November 21 to November 23.

In the article titled "A Short Visit to Spectacular Montenegro," the journalist highlights the diversity and natural beauty of the destination.

"Nature is where Montenegro truly shines. Whether it's a boat ride through the Blue Cave, exploring the historic sites of Cetinje, wandering the medieval streets of Kotor, or enjoying time along the coast, Montenegro offers something for every traveler seeking culture, religion, hiking, panoramic tours, and gastronomy. Spring is the best time to discover the country's natural beauty," the article states.

Special emphasis was also placed on northern Montenegro and its active tourism offerings.

"For a full day of exploring nature, you can head to Durmitor National Park. For walks, I recommend the trail around Black Lake or the forest paths. For an extra adrenaline rush, there is a zipline over the Tara River canyon. Adventure lovers can enjoy rafting on the Tara, as well as the views from Ostrog Monastery. And, of course, no visit to Montenegro is complete without exploring the old town of Kotor. I highly recommend a guided tour, as knowledge of the history and local stories makes the experience even more special," the journalist notes.

In addition to this article, a video feature titled "What Makes Montenegro a Growing European Destination" was also published. It highlights luxury hotels, restaurants, and experiences along the Montenegrin coast, boat excursions, and the cable car connecting the coast with spectacular mountain viewpoints. The feature further emphasizes the country's gastronomy based on local ingredients, as well as the opportunity to combine coastal, cultural, and nightlife experiences within a single trip.

The press visit was organized with the support of Casa del Mare Hotel, the Forza Group, and the Local Tourism Organization of Kotor.

The United States market has significant potential for further growth. According to official data from the Statistical Office of Montenegro (Monstat), in the first 11 months of the previous year, there was an increase of approximately 16% in tourist arrivals from this market, as well as an 11% increase in overnight stays. In this regard, the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro will continue to intensify its promotional activities in the U.S. market, including participation in the New York Travel Show, which will be held on January 24 and 25, as well as the Washington DC Travel Show
