Berlin Brandenburg - every Monday and Saturday, and from December 21 to January 4 there will be flights on Thursdays as well. Berlin can be reached from Podgorica after 2 hours and 5 minutes of flight.
Poland
Gdansk and Krakow - to both Polish cities Ryanair will fly every Monday and Saturday. The flight to Gdańsk takes 2 hours 20 minutes, and to Krakow half an hour shorter.
