Parking prices on the Montenegrin coast range from 0.40 to 15 euros

The price of a parking space in coastal municipalities, per starting hour, ranges from 0.40 in Ulcinj to seven euros, which is what it costs in special parking lots in Budva, while the price of a daily ticket varies from two in Tivat to 15 euros in Kotor.

This comes from the price lists of city companies that manage parking lots in Budva, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat and Ulcinj.


HERCEG NOVI, KOTOR

General parking lots in Herceg Novi are divided into four zones: purple, red, blue and yellow. Parking in the purple (VIP) zone costs two euros per hour. In the red parking lot, you pay one euro per hour, the monthly ticket for tenants is 10 euros, and for legal entities 35, while non-residents pay four euros per day. A parking space in the blue zone costs 0.80 euros for one hour, monthly tickets for residents and legal entities cost 10 and 35 euros, respectively, and a daily ticket for non-residents is 3 euros. In the yellow zone, the price of parking per starting hour is 0.70 euros, while a daily ticket for one working day costs 6 euros. Residents pay five euros per month, legal entities 30 euros, and non-residents are charged two euros per day. A daily ticket valid for 24 hours in the red, blue and yellow zones costs 10 euros. At special parking lots (Igalo, Škver and Topla), the price of a parking space varies from 0.80 to one euro during the day (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.), or from one euro to 1.50 in the evening (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). The price of a daily ticket ranges from seven to 10 euros, and a monthly pass for citizens is 30 euros in Igalo and Topla and 40 euros in Škver. A parking space at the Municipality is charged a euro per hour, a daily ticket costs 10 euros, and the price of a monthly pass for tenants is 50 euros.

DOO Komunalno Kotor manages four parking lots: Riva, Benovo, Autoboka and Puč. Parking prices per hour range from 0.60 to 0.90 euros for small passenger vehicles (up to five seats). For passenger vehicles with seven or more seats in three parking lots, the price is 1.50 euros per starting hour, while a parking spot on the Riva is charged at three euros for one hour. At the Autoboka and Puč parking lots, you can also buy a daily ticket for 15 euros.


TIVAT, ULCINJ

In Tivat, according to the summer billing regime, street parking in the red zone is 0.80 per starting hour, and a daily ticket is 8 euros (two hours of parking). In the yellow zone, an hour costs 0.50 euros, and a daily ticket costs 5 euros (up to 15 minutes). Parking at Blue Horizons costs EUR 0.80 per hour, and EUR 2 per day. The parking service per starting hour near Tivat Airport and at the parking lot in Arsenalska and Istarska streets is 0.80 euros, and a daily ticket costs 8 euros. Parking at the "Palma" hotel costs EUR 0.80 per hour. Monthly tickets for tenants cost five euros in both zones, and for legal entities they are 30 euros in the red zone and 20 euros in the yellow zone.

In Ulcinj, a parking space in the red zone is charged 0.60 euros per hour, a daily ticket costs 6 euros, tenants pay 10 euros for a monthly ticket, and legal entities 15 euros. In the yellow zone, one hour in the parking lot costs 0.40 euros, a daily ticket costs 4 euros, and tenants and legal entities pay 8 and 12 euros for a monthly ticket. The price of a universal tourist ticket, depending on the period for which it is taken (five days, 15 days, a month or a year), costs from 25 to 500 euros. In special parking lots (Jadran, under the Ploče plateau, on Pristan, under the ramparts of the Old Town, behind the city park, next to Kosovska Street, next to Bulevar Teuta and in the center of Štoj), the price of a parking space per hour ranges from 0.40 to 1, 50 euros, while a daily ticket can be bought for four to 10 euros.



BAR, BUDVA

In Bar, the majority are owned by private companies that set prices individually, so there is no established price list. For example, at the parking lot in Stari Bar managed by JP Cultural Center, the price of a parking space per hour is EUR 0.80.

In the general parking lots in Budva, parking is charged in three tariffs. The first one is valid from seven o'clock to midnight, so one hour of parking is charged in euros. For the daytime tariff (from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) an hour costs 0.60 euros, and for the night tariff (from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) one euro is paid per started hour. The price of a monthly business pass is 15 euros, a resident pass is 30 euros, while a tourist pass, which is valid for 24 hours, costs 8 euros. At 12 special parking lots in Budva, the hourly price per day varies from one to five, and from 1.50 to seven euros per night. A tourist day pass costs from seven to 15 euros, and a business one from 20 to 120 euros for a month. In the protected zone (the area of the Old Town), the annual pass for residents costs 50 euros, and for the purchase 150, while the monthly tourist pass costs 500 euros.
