5 events that you must not miss this summer in Tivat

Summer is full of events in Montenegro. From north to south, each city highlights its attractions, culture and traditions through interesting events, art and entertainment. Event calendars offer a variety of content, it seems - for everyone's taste.

We know how important it is to you to be in the right place at the right time and not miss events that will be remembered for a long time. That's why we have selected for you the dates that you must note down for a visit to the youngest Boke city, Tivat.

July 19 – Summer bazaar in Luštica Bay

A colorful seaside market with local specialties and handicrafts awaits you in Luštica Bay on July 19. Bazaars of this type are popular among tourists and locals, and Luštica Bay organizes them throughout the year. The perfect occasion to spend part of the day in this luxury marina resort on the coast.

A rich calendar of events makes Luštica Bay an attractive destination, not only for living and vacationing, but also for day trips.

July 20 - Purgatory/ Author's monodrama "Date" by Sandra Silađev

Tivat's cultural summer is very rich this year, as evidenced by the rich program of the Mediterranean theater festival "Purgatorija".
If you like the humor of the actress and stand-up comedian Sandra Silađev, you will be delighted by the opportunity to watch her author's monodrama "Date" on July 20 at 9:30 pm at the Summer Stage in Tivat. 

July 26 – Fishing evening & Tropico band concert

Free fish and wine, but also great fun awaits you on July 26 in Donja Lastva, on the beach "Ponta by Big Ben".
The taste and smell of the sea, wine, music... Fishing evenings are exactly as you imagine them. Don't forget that the people of Boka are excellent at knowing and preparing fish, so this is a great opportunity to taste the authenticity of Boka cuisine.

If you miss the festival on July 26 in Donja Lastva, you have two more - in Lepetani (July 28) and Krašići (August 4). 

On the same date - July 26, from 10 p.m., a concert by the phenomenal Tropico band will be held on the city's Pine waterfront.

August 5 – Rosé Picnic in Porto Montenegro/Lastovska Festa

In Porto Montenegro's summer calendar, one nice event caught our eye - the Rosé picnic. It's a real picnic on the grass, and lovers of rosé wine will enjoy the pool and the sunset. And in Gornja Lastva, on the same date - August 5 from 8 p.m., the traditional Lastovsko festival awaits us. The event, which has been attracting great interest from locals and tourists for years, promises socializing until late into the night. The Bokel navy detachment will play a traditional round, accompanied by the Tivat City Music, on the threshing floor in front of the church of St. Mary, followed by a party with music and dance.

August 9 – concert by Dženan Lončarević

Another great concert awaits us on August 9 at 10 pm at Pina. It is about Dženan Lončarević, and the audience will enjoy the well-known hits: "Nikome ni riječ", "Kosa do ramena", "Laku noč", "Pamuk usne", "Laufer" and many others.
These are just some of the events that Tivat has prepared for us this summer. We also invite you to be a part of the MontAdria International Seaplane Regatta, which will be organized from July 18 to 23, and if you are a fashion lover, you must not miss the Fashion Festival from July 21 to 23.
