Don't miss: Kotor's "festival of festivals" on August 19

It's time for the Feast of Feasts!

Bokeška noć (Boka Bay Night) - an event that has had the status of an intangible cultural asset since 2014, will be held on August 19, starting at 9 p.m.
"Imaginative creations, works of Kotor craftsmen" will be presented in the water area of the Bay of Kotor in three rounds - say the organizers. The convoy will be announced by the "Lahor" Sailing Club, and the best boats will be awarded by an expert jury. According to announcements, several thousand visitors will attend Bokeška noć.

Bokeška noć is a kind of masquerade ball on the water, in which imaginatively decorated boats participate, which are presented to the audience and the jury in three turns. Thanks to this event, Kotor became recognizable even outside the borders of Montenegro, and the creativity and cheerful spirit of the city's inhabitants contribute to this.

The task of the participants of the Bokeljska night is to decorate their boat or small boat as best, prettily and original as possible in order to send a certain message to the visitors during the parade. The most beautifully decorated boat receives a cash prize.

After the announcement of the best, there will be magnificent fireworks, and the festivities will continue in the squares and squares of the Old Town.

Toni Cetinski will perform on the square of weapons.
