After two stormy years, Sveti Stefan welcomes guests again, new rules for using the beaches

The pearl of the Adriatic coast, the city-hotel "Sveti Stefan" should open its doors these days after a two-year break, as announced by the Adriatik Properties company, which is the tenant of the tourist complex.

The President of the Board of Directors of the Public Enterprise for the Management of the Sea Property, Blažo Radjenović, says that the benefits of the opening of the hotel are already being felt, and that the demand for accommodation facilities in the whole town is growing.

"We have reached a compromise that is acceptable to all parties. This is what makes us all happy, because the result of this can already be seen. Therefore, Sveti Stefan and Montenegro are full, especially when it comes to hotel accommodation.

Soon, as Rađenović says, excursion visits to the city-hotel Sveti Stefan will be organized.

"Everyone interested will be able to visit Sveti Stefan, and those who do not want to enter from midnight to 24 hours have the opportunity to approach, take pictures in front of the walls, tour and visit our place and consume everything that exists on Sveti Stefan, and that's very important for all of us. Of course, when it comes to communal order, cleanliness, hygiene, showers, cabins, all of this is something that is no longer the image we had the past two years. by the investors. They have a contractual obligation to maintain the swimming pools for 12 months, to organize everything according to the technical conditions stipulated by the Maritime Authority. And I say, to the mutual satisfaction of the local self-government and the Government, the locals and the investors, this year Sveti Stefan will still shine in full glory," he added.

The price of a set of sunbeds on the beaches of Sveti Stefan and Miločer, as we unofficially learn, will be from 180 to 250 euros. On the guest beach, four sets of deckchairs have been provided for the locals, while on the King's beach, access will be provided on the part of the stream.

The price of parking in Miločerski Park is two euros per hour, or eight per day. For the local population, it is possible to provide a monthly ticket in the amount of 40 euros.

Parking on Sveti Stefan costs four euros per hour, and there are no restrictions for local residents, including visits to religious buildings on the island.

Saint Stephen's Villa Between five and eight people will be able to circulate at the same time.
