Dukley Beach & Bar Opens the Season with a Burger Festival for the May Day Holidays

Dukley Beach & Bar opens its 2026 season on May 1st, bringing one of the most anticipated spring gatherings on the Montenegrin coast and marking the start of another vibrant summer on the Dukley Riviera.

Located on one of the most beautiful seaside spots, with views of the Old Town of Budva and the Budva Riviera, Dukley Beach & Bar is known as a place where the day takes on a different rhythm. A sandy beach, comfortable loungers, and carefully designed lounge zones create an atmosphere that is both energetic and relaxed, while still preserving elegance in the heart of lively Budva.

This year, Dukley Beach reopens in an even more luxurious setting. The space has been thoughtfully expanded, offering more room to enjoy and a sense of ease throughout the venue. Mornings begin peacefully by the sea, while the day unfolds through music, conversation, and long moments that never feel rushed. At the center of the experience is Mediterranean cuisine, fresh and light, accompanied by cocktails and champagne that follow the rhythm of the day. 

Events

The season starts with the Burger Festival, running from May 1st to May 3rd, an event that has already become synonymous with the start of summer in Budva — but in a form that goes beyond the classic street-food concept.

For three days, the beach transforms into an open-air gastronomic stage where burgers are elevated through premium ingredients and creative combinations. The menu includes juicy beef burgers, double-stack creations, refined options such as a Surf & Turf burger with shrimp and chimichurri salsa, truffle burgers with selected cheeses, as well as vegetarian and vegan choices.

During the festival, the beach comes alive with DJ sets, live bands, and an atmosphere that gathers friends and families in a relaxed yet energetic setting.

Later in the month, on May 21st, the traditional BBQ Day Party returns with multiple food stations, a kids' corner with entertainers, water sports, and live music — confirming Dukley Beach as one of the central places to welcome the summer season. 

Dukley Riviera

The Dukley Riviera combines different seaside environments into one connected destination. Three beaches with distinct personalities, five restaurants offering diverse cuisines, and a panoramic pool create a place visitors return to regardless of mood.

Starting from May 1st, a free taxi boat connects Dukley with Budva Old Town, offering a stylish arrival by sea as the perfect beginning to the experience.
