Visit the Training Ship Jadran on August 15–16

To mark the 93rd anniversary of the legendary training ship Jadran, citizens and visitors are invited to step aboard one of the most iconic symbols of the Adriatic's rich maritime heritage.

As part of the Open Days program, the ship will welcome visitors on August 15 and 16 at Pine Waterfront (Riva Pine) in Tivat, during the following hours:

• 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
• 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

A visit aboard Jadran offers a unique opportunity to explore the remarkable history of a sailing vessel that has served as a maritime training ship, a guardian of tradition, and a symbol of seafaring heritage for more than nine decades. Walking its decks is a journey through the stories of generations of sailors, unforgettable voyages, and the enduring values passed down from one generation to the next through life at sea.

Built in Hamburg, Germany, Jadran was designed as a training ship for future seafarers. This impressive three-masted sailing vessel, approximately 60 meters long, features an elaborate rigging system of masts and sails. Throughout its distinguished history, it has sailed thousands of nautical miles, visited numerous ports around the world, and trained generations of naval officers and maritime cadets.

Everyone with an interest in the sea, history, and cultural heritage is warmly invited to take advantage of this rare opportunity to experience the unique atmosphere aboard a vessel that has played a significant role in the maritime history of the Adriatic region
