Kopaonik was the first to kick off the ski season in Serbia on December 5, followed by Stara Planina on December 13, with ski lifts expected to start operating at Tornik in Zlatibor by the end of the month. A comparison of ski pass prices at Kopaonik, Stara Planina, Zlatibor, Jahorina, Kolašin 1600, Bansko, Kranjska Gora, and Mariborsko Pohorje reveals that the most affordable ski passes in the region are found in Montenegro's Kolašin, followed by Stara Planina and Zlatibor.

The most affordable daily ski pass in the region is at Kolašin 1600, where the price for adults is €25, and for children, it is €16.5, according to Danas.

The next most affordable mountains for daily ski passes are Stara Planina and Zlatibor, with prices of €26 for adults and €21 for children.

The next cheapest ski resort for a day pass is Mariborsko Pohorje in Slovenia. Known for hosting the Alpine Skiing World Cup race "Golden Fox," Mariborsko Pohorje is Slovenia's largest ski resort, offering over 40 kilometers of ski trails and modern lifts. Here, the daily pass costs €41 for adults and €24 for children.

Kopaonik, Bansko, and Jahorina have more expensive daily ski passes than Mariborsko Pohorje, despite their larger capacities. However, they remain less accessible compared to Slovenia's living standards.

The most expensive daily ski pass is in Bansko, priced at €49. Meanwhile, Kopaonik and Jahorina offer the highest prices for children's passes (ages 6-12), exceeding €30. At Kopaonik, the child pass costs €35, while at Jahorina, it's €37.

Three-Day Ski Pass Prices

For a three-day ski pass for adults, the trend is similar. Kolašin, Stara Planina, and Zlatibor remain the most affordable, while the most expensive passes are found in Bansko, Kranjska Gora, and Kopaonik. Once again, Jahorina and Kopaonik have the highest prices for children, with three-day passes exceeding €80, compared to €59 at Mariborsko Pohorje.

Five-Day Ski Pass Prices

The most expensive five-day ski passes for adults are at Kranjska Gora (€192) and Kopaonik(€170), while for children, the highest prices are at Jahorina (€134.5) and Kranjska Gora (€121).
