With a score of 9.22 out of a possible 10, the country climbed to the very top of the list for the first time, outperforming numerous traditional European tourism powerhouses.

This recognition validates years of investment in developing tourism infrastructure, improving service quality, training staff, and preserving the natural wealth for which Montenegro is globally recognized. From the magnificent Boka Bay and historic coastal towns to the untouched nature of the north and the sandy beaches of Ulcinj, Montenegro offers a unique blend of natural beauty, culture, and hospitality, as reported by the ETV portal.
